Who We Are
Roseland Christian Preschool offers a high-quality learning program for children ages 2-5. Our learning program is center-based and uses a developmental curriculum in a loving Christian environment. In order to provide a high-quality learning experience, we maintain a low student-teacher ratio at all times. The children participate in large and small group activities. They have many opportunities for learning through guided “Play to Learn” and teacher-directed activities. Christian values are woven into the curriculum throughout the week, and the children have chapel time weekly.
To make planning easier for parents with older children, we follow the Indian River County School District calendar, and our school is in operation from late August to early June.
Registration for the fall school year begins in the Spring. Currently enrolled students and the children of parents who are active members of Roseland United Methodist Church are given priority for placement in next year’s program. Once a program is filled, a waiting list will be started. Sometimes during the school year, openings will become available, and the Preschool Director will draw from this waiting list. Please call the Preschool office to inquire about registration procedures and if there are any openings available during the school year.

Roseland Christian Preschool is an outreach ministry of Roseland United Methodist Church. We believe each child is a sacred gift from God. Our mission is to encourage a quality program that will provide a loving, caring, safe learning environment for children in our church and community. Christian values will be an intentional part of our curriculum. We will support the families in our care by offering them guidance during the crucial years of child-rearing. We will provide an example of the highest qualities of the Christian faith and encourage our students to reach their highest potential in physical, mental, social, and spiritual development. Our program will be open to all children regardless of religion, race, sex, or creed.
